LED display screen assembly steps

To make a good display screen, you must first confirm the volume of the frame. Next, I will explain to you how to cut the frame. Take the most commonly used 3, 5*90 profiles and P10 unit panels as examples. The size of the display screen is 2 pieces*5 pieces.

1. Confirm the size of the unit board. Take the P10 unit board as an example: its size is 16cm*32cm.

2. Calculate the net size of the height and width of the unit boards in the display screen. For example, the height is 2 pieces*16cm=32cm and the width is 32cm*5 pieces=160cm.

3. Subtract 4mm from the calculated net size. As mentioned above, its net size is 32cm*160cm, then the aluminum size should be (32cm-4mm)*(160cm-4mm)=31.6cm*159.6cm . 31, 6 and 159, 6 are the actual size of the aluminum, and the display screen is more than 3 meters and need to subtract 5mm.

4. Connect the corners and the cut profiles with self-tapping screws, clean up the debris, and put them face down.

5. Put the unit board according to the direction, don't get the direction wrong. The place with pins must face the profile.

6. Install the magnet support column on the unit board and broadcast the magnetic sheet into the groove of the support column.

7. Measure the required length of the light steel keel and cut it, put it on the magnet, try to make the magnet in the center of the keel to avoid distance deviation.

8. Connect the keel to the frame with self-tapping screws.

9. Connect the unit boards with cables to form a bridge shape, and do not let the cables twist.

10. Fix the power supply to a suitable position inside the profile, and confirm where the power supply is placed. The power supply is usually placed on the profile under the display. Pay attention to the insulation from the unit board.

11. Connect the power cord. Although the display screen is a low-voltage office, the current is very large. It cannot be connected all the way, the full current of a P10 unit board is 4A, that is to say, a 40A power supply can carry ten unit boards. The lines of the display screen are connected in parallel, that is, the positive pole is connected to the positive pole, the cathode is connected to the cathode, and ordinary VCC, +5V, +V is the positive pole. GND, COM, -V are the cathode. And the positive and negative must not be wrongly connected, otherwise the unit board will be scrapped.

12. Put the control card on the input terminal of the unit board, and be sure to supply 5V power directly from the power supply.

13. The pins of the control card are in order. For example, JK1, JK2...or J1, J2...JP1, JP2...The position needs to be connected to the uppermost unit board according to the arrow at the input end of the unit board.

14. The connection between the unit board and the control card: There is a small white letter A around the pin one of the ordinary control card, and the input end of the unit board also has such characters, as long as the two A are connected in parallel with a cable. precise.

15. After the above work is completed, the sundries inside the screen must be cleaned up thoroughly to avoid conductive aluminum powder, iron powder, and wire ends falling into the circuit board to cause damage to the unit board.

16. After the thorough finishing work is done, power on the test, the premise is to do a good numerical line. Because most of the digital control cards are abnormal before changing the value. Therefore, if you encounter messy symbols, dark, bright spots, etc. after powering on, don't panic, as long as you confirm that the positive and negative electrodes are not connected incorrectly, you don't need to worry about it.

17. Welding method of numerical line: Only two of the following three types are used for ordinary display screens. Extension cable: This is required for every display. As the name suggests, its function is to extend the numerical interface of the control card to outside the display screen. Because your display screen must be sealed with the back cover in the end, you can’t change the data once and remove the back cover once! The materials he needs are: a section of three-core wire that does not need to be very long, a DB9 needle, and a DB9 hole. The number 6789 is marked above the welding place on the back of each DB9, and we only need to sign three of them. These three are 235. Weld the needle 2 and the hole 2 with one of the three core wires. 3 and 3 are welded and 5 and 5 are welded. After finishing, install the plastic shell to the end with the needle, (because the hole is inside the screen) it is OK! The welding method of the two non-intersecting straight lines is the same as that of the extension line, the difference is that the two non-intersecting straight lines use two For DB9 holes, plastic shells are required. The material of the staggered line is the same as that of two non-intersecting straight lines. The difference is that 2 of the staggered line is connected to the other 3, 3 is connected to the other 2, 5 is still connected to 5, and two heads are also required to be equipped with plastic shells.

18. Interlaced lines and two non-intersecting straight lines rely on the control card to indicate whether they are parallel or intersected.

19. After doing the above work, the rest is to adjust, the premise is that the display screen must be powered on to adjust. Since there are many types of control cards on the market, the adjustment methods are different.

20. After adjusting and testing for 2-5 days, if there is no problem, you can cut off the back cover and seal it.
