How to install LED floor screen

LED floor screen is a new type of LED display product, usually used in stages, shopping malls, exhibition halls and other places, attracting people's attention with its unique form.

1、 How to install LED floor screen

1. Prepare guide rails: Two specifications of guide rails need to be prepared, usually 500mm long and 1000mm long. Assemble the guide rails according to the required large screen size to meet different installation requirements.

2. Install the guide rail: First, install the guide rail on the edge, and then install the guide rail in the middle. Ensure that the guide rail is securely connected to support the weight of the screen.

3. Connect the screen and guide rail: Install the LED floor screen modules onto the guide rail one by one, ensuring that each module is aligned correctly and securely fixed on the guide rail.

4. Check the side: There should be no movement in the left and right directions of the screen, while the arrow direction can be adjusted to fit the actual space.

2、 Installation method of LED floor screen

1. Ground installation: Install directly on the ground, with the screen raised above the ground. Used in indoor environments where the ground cannot sink.

2. Embedded installation: Install by digging a pit on the ground and sinking it, with the screen surface flush with the ground. Convenient to walk and highly integrated into the environment.

3. Steel frame installation: Welding steel frames on the ground or in sunken excavations, and installing LED floor screens on the steel frames.

4. Rail installation: Lay rail strips on the ground or foundation pit, and install LED floor screens on the rail strips.

3、 Precautions for installation of LED floor screen

1. Read safety warnings: Before starting installation, power supply, and debugging, be sure to read the relevant safety warning sections to ensure the safety of the entire installation process.

2. Structural load-bearing capacity: Ensure that the structure for installing the screen can withstand at least 5 times the total weight of the screen, installation accessories, wires, etc., to ensure safety.

3. Avoid falling objects: Ensure that there are no easily falling objects above the installation position of the screen to prevent damage or personal injury to the screen.
