2. Die-cast aluminum LED cabinet


The die-casting aluminum box is light in weight, reasonable in structure, high in precision, and can realize seamless splicing. Currently, it basically occupies the indoor and rental LED display market. The die-casting aluminum LED cabinet has been fully optimized and updated in terms of structure and performance. It is a compact rental display made of patents. The cabinet splicing precision is high, and disassembly and maintenance are extremely convenient. 1). Indoor die-casting aluminum 480mm×480mm LED cabinet


The size of the LED display cabinet has high strength and precision, with a single weight of 9KG. The product has strong versatility and is easy to upgrade. The same model supports P1.6 P2.5 P4 P4.8 P5 rental display models.


2). Indoor die-casting aluminum 500mm×500mm LED cabinet


The size of the LED display box is molded separately, which is easier to use with most current modules, and is closer to the user's private customization. It is favored by domestic and foreign customers. The same model supports P3.91 P4.81 P4 P6 .944 rental LED display model.


3). Indoor die-casting aluminum 512mm×512mm LED cabinet


The die-casting aluminum LED display box of this size is molded separately, which is easier to use with most current modules and is closer to the user's private customization.


4). Indoor die-casting aluminum 576mm×576mm LED cabinet

5). Outdoor die-casting aluminum 640mm×640mm LED cabinet

3. Magnesium alloy LED cabinet


Magnesium alloys are based on magnesium, and other elements are added to form alloys. Its characteristics are: low density, high specific strength, large specific elastic modulus, good heat dissipation, good shock absorption, greater impact load capacity than aluminum alloy, and good corrosion resistance to organic matter and alkali. Magnesium alloy used as LED box has high cost performance, easy installation, and excellent heat dissipation makes the product more marketable.


4. High-tech material LED cabinet


There are mainly two kinds of materials: nano-polymer and carbon fiber. These two kinds of LED cabinets are not popular yet, and only a few LED display manufacturers are using them.


1). Nano polymer material LED cabinet


It has the characteristics of shock resistance and drop resistance, and the weight is much lighter than conventional cabinets. The weight of a single cabinet is only about 5KG. And the price is lower than the die-casting aluminum box, easy to load and unload, and easy to carry; save money, and the cost of the truss is low, and the transportation cost is low


2). Carbon fiber LED cabinet


The appearance of carbon fiber cabinets solves the problem that some venues cannot install LED displays due to load restrictions and rigging restrictions. The carbon fiber box is characterized by ultra-thin, light weight, good strength, and high tensile strength. It also adopts a fully modular design, which is more convenient for maintenance. The 45-degree right-angle side can realize 90-degree splicing and installation of the screen body.
